All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.

Exceptions

 

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment error.

• The product file is permanently corrupted and cannot be downloaded or accessed after support has been provided.

Compatibility

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with their software before purchasing.

Product descriptions clearly state the required software and version (for example, specific synthesizers such as Serum or other plugins). Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues if the product requirements were stated before purchase.
